Meni Mancini is a seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in fostering innovation and building sustainable businesses. Leveraging her over 20+ years of international trade experience, she has consulted with companies ranging from start-up to multinational billion-dollar firms offering advice and key strategic positioning.

Her passion is people, the planet, and doing what she can to make a social, economic, and environmental impact, Ms. Mancini has leveraged her past experience in regulatory compliance, strategic advice, fostering innovation leading her to shift the direction of the firm to focus on environmental solutions directed in the wastewater industry.

Going outside the boardroom, she has taken on a legacy project of introducing new methods for wastewater treatment in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants through a new and game changing biotechnology, where she mentors and trains young entrepreneurs to lead the change in the industry.

Balkaran Dhillon Treasurer

Balkaran Dhillon, Chartered Professional Accountant (“CPA”) is partner with TurnerMoore LLP, having 21 offices throughout Ontario, his team comprises a host of inventive professionals. He specializes in accounting, tax and financing services for individuals and businesses. He also provides review, audit and consulting services for owners of small and mid-size businesses, consistently providing them with strategic and innovative solutions to help them become more profitable. He has the extensive hand-on experience with land acquisition, development, build high end customized lifestyle communities, construction and project financing, arrange credit facility and term loans, Public Accounting Firms, varied industries and non-profit organizations. He and his team have served the businesses in various industries like manufacturing, constructions, retail, wholesale, IT, trucking, property management, Condominium, hospitality, machine shops, taxi, not for profit, day care, private schools, government agencies and professional corporations like law firms, dental care clinics etc.

Sunny Rizvi Media Director

Sunny began his career in communications fairly early – as a child artiste on All India Radio at the age of 6. Later, in his college days, he nurtured this passion by translating Shakespeare’s plays in Hindi and also played key roles in these plays on stage for the public. All proceeds from these public shows were donated to public service organizations in his city. The die for his future as a communications professional was thus cast in these early days. Professionally, Sunny began his career in marketing communications in the early 80s in Mumbai, India. He specializes in designing marketing strategies, advertising, public relations and events management. He has been in this business for more than 27 years and has lived and worked with diversity audiences across India, West Asia, Africa, United States & Canada. During this time, he has led omni channel projects for top Fortune 500 companies including P&G, Unilever, Daimler Chrysler, Western Union, Barclay’s Bank, Novotel Group and many more. Currently, Sunny manages a marketing communications firm located in Oakville (ON).

Craig Poulton Director of Operations

Craig Poulton brings over 25 years' experience in business development to his role as Director of Operations for PBON. Craig has experience working with an international client base providing digital marketing solutions and technical expertise in digital operations. His depth of experience in customer relationship management will ensure that all PBON members needs are met.

As a Pharmacy Operations Director, I am dedicated to overseeing the comprehensive strategy and execution of our pharmacy services to ensure optimal patient care and operational excellence. My role is to develop and implement streamlined workflows, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive efficiency across all facets of our operations. I am passionate about creating an environment where our team is empowered to deliver safe, high-quality care, enhancing both patient satisfaction and service outcomes. By closely monitoring performance metrics and leveraging data, I continuously identify opportunities for improvement, from inventory management to process innovation. I collaborate with executive leadership, pharmacists, and support staff to align our operations with the broader goals of our healthcare organization. Fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, I am committed to making our pharmacy a leader in both patient service and operational integrity. My vision is to create a seamless, responsive pharmacy experience that consistently meets the needs of our community.
